Please take some time to read through the terms and conditions of the booking agreement.  

Prices:  The price includes accommodation including VAT.

Payment will be deducted on the day of check in from the card details provided. Please note there are no payment facilities onsite.

We do not offer a breakfast option, you will have full use of our shared kitchen throughout your stay.

Cancellation and Insurance: Once you have booked your stay, the agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you may have paid is non-refundable. Cancellations should be given with 48 hours notice prior to the stay.

Non-availability: We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control.  We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you.

Check in: Our endeavour is to provide a seamless contactless check in, we will send you the codes for the smartlock on the front door and your room on the morning of check in, please note, check in is 4pm unless otherwise organised with the host.

Check-out time: 11am on the day of departure, if you would like to extend your stay or need to check out later, please contact us.

Damages: Please take care with our accommodation facilities. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage caused while you occupy the room up to the full cost of replacement or repair.  The costs will be taken from the credit/debit card used to secure the booking. This also applies to anything that goes missing from your room during your stay. Replacement of key fobs incurs a €30 charge.

Liability: We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

Parking: We provide free parking at the rear of the Guest House to our guests. It is guests own risk to park at the Guest House.

Internet Access: We provide free wifi, however as the service is beyond our control, we cannot guarantee internet quality.

No Smoking: All areas inside the building are non smoking. A flat fee of €150 will apply for smoking in the building. Smoke detectors and alarms will require a call out.

Pets: Service dogs welcome.
